HALO WASH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
With a Halo Wash Club Membership, you understand that your credit card will automatically charge each month until the Membership is canceled or terminated. No prior notification of such charges will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case Halo Car Wash® will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to payment being collected.
No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. To cancel your membership, click on the following link Cancel My Membership.
No third-party cancelations will be accepted.
The Membership is per vehicle. Halo Car Wash® may terminate a Membership upon violation of these terms and conditions.
The Membership cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Halo Car Wash. Halo Car Wash® reserves the right to close washes due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and wash upgrades.
RFID Tags are applied to the front windshield and must be placed by a Halo Car Wash® employee. Tampering with RFID tags will result in cancellation of Membership.
Halo Car Wash® reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Membership at anytime.

Halo Car Wash® may need to provide you with certain communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, or disclosures in writing (“Communications”) regarding your Wash Club Membership or our other products or services. Providing your email address and accepting these terms and conditions confirm your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically.
